A tale of random scribbles~ I won't be silenced anymore...

That starry night, all the siblings decided to play hide and seek. The older one asked the youngest to pair to him and she politely replied, "okay." She was 6 years at that time, not familiar with the real world. Everything was fine until the older brother asked the younger sister to come and hide with him in that dark ventilated room. She agreed, knowing it's alright to trust the brother who was about to change into something hideous in no time. He approached that little girl, and to her surprise, he asked her to undress. The little girl got all shocked and tried to shout but, that monstrous brother "shushed" her by placing his finger on her tiny mouth. He pushed that little soul onto that thick loaf of a dusty mattress, she was unable to move as the hideous monster held her tiny hands. She was breathless, she was tired of pleading and screaming. She was losing all her hopes, she closed her eyes remembering her parents and her sister and all their good mom...

A tale of random scribbles~ Secrets: something we fear to unlock.

She whispered whether or not it was correct. It felt like it was a load to carry. "How many secrets can you keep?" She glared at me and waited for my response. I nodded with a yes; she took a deep breath and started by saying a story. It begins like this. "You know how much I like my mom and dad right?", she said. Again I nodded with a yes. "So, you remember I used to speak about my nightmares to you?", she asked with a high pitched voice. This time I didn't respond anything in return. "The secret I want to share with you is a big thing to me, I believe I can trust you on this", she confronted by putting her hand on mine. I kept my hand on hers and pressed it a little, gesturing my belief in her. "You remember I used to tell you about my nightmares and the blood I used to see in my dreams?", she asked and started to scribble on the table with an imaginary pen. "I killed him." she blurted out. "I killed hi...

1~ PANCAKES (EASY HOMEMADE RECIPE) A pancake is always considered a breakfast meal. It is a cake, often flat, thin and round. A pancake is an emotion one could have. It is a mood maker, a delicacy for brunch and lunner (a meal eaten between lunchtime and dinnertime). It may not have six-packs like a waffle (😝) but, its fluffiness is something to try out. So, here is an easy recipe to make this amazing delicacy. Ingredients: 1 egg 2 tbsp. of sugar 3/4 cup of milk 1 cup of all- purpose flour 3/4 tsp of baking powder 1/4 tsp of salt 2 tbsp. of cooking oil Banana (or any other fruits for serving) butter and maple syrup for garnishing  Procedure:           🥞~Making of the batter Break 1 egg to the bowl and check for the shells. #2 RagsNOOK

That night when my father bid goodbye to that man, we all sat together in the tiny room on the cold- cracked floor. He started to whip his face with his sleeve and looked towards me with guilt as if, he was asking me to forgive him. I already knew something was not going right after the man left. We all kept quiet for a moment. Seeing that, my mother burst out with anger and asked my father why he did that, I was not able to understand what was going on so, I politely asked my father, "Baba, who was that man, and why he gave us a briefcase?" My father, he sighed and said, "I'm sorry my dear, I'm. You don't have to forgive me but, this for our own good." I got all confused and asked him again, "What is the matter?" He shook his head and both anger and disgust took all over him,"I sold you to that man." He told me that in one breath. I was confused. I slid a little away from my father. After hearing that so many questions started t...

I used to live with my parents. Everything was going right, until that night; which changed everything in our lives. I was sitting inside my room. As a tall man about 6'5", with a long heavy beard and dark piercing eyes came from the dusky front yard inside our tiny molded cottage. He sat beside my father, as he was greeted with all the respect he could ever get. They talked for about an hour. In between their conversation he was laughing like a maniac. My mother offered the man some tea and snacks; she was sweating and shivering as if, she was doing something wrong. The man smiled at her making her more nervous around him. He asked her to sit near him. He patted on a stool beside him. She was staring on the floor and politely denied to sit but, he insisted again. My father commanded her to go inside the kitchen. She made no effort to deny him and rushed as if her kitchen will no longer be there. A few hours later, the man shakes his hand with my father and exchanged a smile...
